So, I just got Legion in yesterday. Gotta bust him out of the packaging from hell later and set him up next to Mordin and Thane...still waiting on Garrus DAMMIT!!!
Well he wasn't a perk. I pre ordered the action figure because the prices get insane after release. I got lucky he shipped before my soon to be ex took me off his acct.
